Navratri Lanhni Distribution

During the festival of Navratri, Rakesh Rajdev, through his NGO Kanuda Mitra Mandal, organized the distribution of “Lahani,” a traditional food offering prepared and shared during this sacred occasion. The initiative aimed to reach daily wage workers, needy families, and underprivileged individuals who often cannot afford to celebrate festivals with proper meals. By arranging the Lahani distribution, the NGO helped ensure that everyone, regardless of financial status, could participate in the cultural and spiritual essence of Navratri. Volunteers actively engaged in preparing, packing, and delivering food portions across different areas, extending the festive spirit to communities that are usually overlooked. Beyond satisfying hunger, the act of distributing Lahani fostered inclusiveness, joy, and a shared sense of belonging during the nine-day festival. The initiative was recognized locally as an effort that merged devotion with service, ensuring that the blessings of Navratri reached even the most vulnerable.
